Background
The Kruger Division was founded by Stefan Kruger after the Kitano Foundation slowly fell apart. Stefan founded this division as a way to help people with medical purposes. But recently, due to the sudden arrival of the Black Mist, he has started recruiting armed forces and became a private army as a means to defend themselves from the mutants lurking in the mist.
