Kazimir Vasliev
Kazimir is a tall, broad-shouldered man in his mid-forties with a calm, measured demeanor. He has a strong, commanding presence that instantly puts others at ease, and his level-headedness makes him the go-to person for advice and guidance. Kazimir is often the level headed of the group when speaking in dialogue, giving you the most optimal route.
Appearance
Kazimir wears a grey winter hat with a brown long sleeved shirt and jeans. He's also wearing some big fur pads on his shoulder for winter, despite living in a forest.

Background Story
Before the events of World Zero
Kazimir met Belle in his 20s and married her years later, it is clear that he deeply loved and cared for her by the way he speaks about Belle. It was unknown about how she died but Kazimir was shown to still be affected by her death. Before she died, She had two kids but they were never seen at all in the game outside of some portraits outside their rooms.
Kazimir worked for the Kitano Foundation as in the second floor of the underground lab you could see that he had his own personal quarters but it was unknown if he was a scientist or a guard. He formed a friendship between Stefan Kruger for their common ground on outlandish ideas in his early years and had grown to respect him.
When Shinji was killing all of the scientist , Kazimir was most likely not present as he's still alive in the story. So not much is known about Kazimir or where he was during this time but he did eventually find out.
Present
Kazimir lives in the town of Woodpine alone, he's grown to have a liking of staring into the ocean as that's the first thing you see him do. When he saw Shouta injured, he immediately tried to get him back to his house.

Kazimir is basically the only level headed member of the party
Obtaining
Kazimir can be obtained directly after the boat ride when leaving the Outskirts, he can be seen viewing the ocean at the docks the moment you arrive at the town.
